Commodity 2 - Structural Simplicity
The diagram shows clear circulation and rooms allow for occupants to fully utilize the entire house. It also shows progression through the house from contained areas to open spaces. Contained areas open up to specific view.
Commomdity 3 - Functionality
Cabin can be accessed from both side of the house. The study is hidden away from site. Toilet and shower areas are separated from the main area of the house, but can be easily accessed from all direction from the house. The single wall in the main area of the house maximising living/dining area and a roof balcony sits on top of the house which serve as a lookout area.
All wet areas together in one space. This reduces the amount of plumbing that goes under ground and in and around the house.
